1. Q: Where is your delivery area?
A: Our shipping area is in the United States.

2. Q: How long will it take for you to deliver? How long is the shipping time?
A: We will ship within 2-3 working days. Shipping time is about 8-15 working days.

4. Q: Does the product offer free shipping?
A: Free shipping.

5. Q: What should I do if I want to return it?
A: If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can apply for return/exchange within 30 days. We won't charge you any additional return handling charges other than shipping.
(1) Please send an email to the customer contact address: [email protected], indicate the order number, product name and reason for return, and wait for our confirmation.
(2) Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Order (RMA) and our return address.
(3) Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us a proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
(4) We will email you and arrange a refund within 2-3 days of receiving the returned item.
(5) Exchange processing time is 3-6 business days after receiving your item, depending on stock availability.
